Our client is a national PLC Developer and we are supporting them in their recruitment for an experienced Sales Manager to manage developments across East Wales and South Gloucestershire.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall sales of the company’s new build homes. Reporting directly to the Sales Director and the Management Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring all set targets are met, whilst motivating, mentoring, and managing a team of sales consultants.
You will be expected to prepare accurate reports and actively contribute to the marketing department, whilst continually seeking to improve standards and efficiency. You will also be accountable for making sure all developments operate within all legal requirements.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working as a Sales Manager within new home sales. You will have a positive and proactive management style and possess excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Strong planning and organisational skills, an attention to detail, and an adaptable and enthusiastic approach are a must.
The role involves travelling to various developments throughout East Wales, South Gloucestershire, and North Herefordshire, so a current driving licence and the ability to work alone as well as part of a team is essential. In return, our client is offering a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 (dependent on experience) plus commission.
