Description
As part of our commitment to the development of our employees, we have an exciting internal opportunity for a temporary secondment in the position of Regional Mobile Manager to cover maternity leave. This role will be supporting primarily the North of England & Scotland; however, travel nationally will be required. As a Regional Mobile Manager, you'll be part of the team leading the delivery of our MRI service and supporting a team of radiographers on their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical line management to a team of mobile radiographers supporting and leading Personal Development Reviews, recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day staff management.
* Ensuring and facilitating the team of radiographers to be compliant with their training requirements.
* Ensure internal policy compliance across medneo mobile services supporting staff.
* Manage key internal and external customer relationships across the business.
* Lead on the set up of new clinical services.
* Implement proposals and processes for clinical service improvement and enhancement.
* Support day-to-day mobile staff ensuring the smooth running of the mobile operations.
* Provide support for rota management.
* Lead on the IT configuration and troubleshooting requirements for the service.
* Support rota management to optimise the quality of services.
* Participate in On Call Rota.
* Manage service schedules, emergency work, and scanner logistics efficiently.
* Support the Operations Director in ensuring the service is run efficiently with a good focus on the P&L of the service.
* Provide an excellent level of customer service.
* Adhere to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and understand the Quality Policy and support the company in its strive to deliver a Quality Management System.
* Adhere to all MHRA guidance and the IR(ME)R 2017 legislation where applicable.
* Contribute to the constant improvement of internal processes in collaboration with the UK management team.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
* HCPC registered Diagnostic Radiographer ideally with a strong background in MRI experience.
* Demonstrable skills and experience in mobile MRI.
* Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptable to suit the audience.
* Demonstrated Computer Skills (particularly MS Office Package including SharePoint and Excel).
* A positive attitude towards work and a can-do attitude.
