Job Description:
NHS Scotland is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.
The organization is reducing their full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be applied pro-rata for part-time staff. The advert and any subsequent contracts will reflect the new hours. Some temporary adjustments may be necessary until the new roster changes are implemented, with pay adjustments accordingly. For questions, contact the Recruiting Board.
We support disabled candidates, and those with long-term conditions or neurodivergence, by making reasonable adjustments in our recruitment policies.
The role involves planning, delivering, and evaluating clinical education and training activities within allocated clinical management teams. Responsibilities include delivering varied educational solutions to enhance patient safety, risk management, quality improvement, healthcare support, clinical skills, medicines management, service improvement, and person-centered care. Flexibility to work across professional and team boundaries is expected.
This position requires PVG Scheme membership or record. If not currently a member, an application must be made to Disclosure Scotland and approved before starting.
This is a part-time role; salary will be pro-rata.
