The customer is the leading provider of monitored security solutions within EUROPE. In 2019, they formed a strategic partnership with a world leader in connected cameras, thus becoming the leader in the Smart Home Market in Europe. They are currently present in 49+ countries, and they are rapidly expanding.
Job Summary
1. You are fluent in English. Any other European language is a plus.
2. Be very ambitious, having no ceiling on how much you can grow the account and move the dial on business performance.
3. You are interested in all areas of sales and dedicated to representing and building a strong brand.
4. You have Amazon Sales experience.
5. You are an excellent team player and enjoy working in an international team.
6. You have already gained initial sales/marketing experience.
7. Be able to commute to the London Victoria office 3 times a week.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Own an EU Marketplace.
2. Contribute to the end-to-end management of the customer's portfolio, including execution and product merchandising, promotions (both tactical and strategic planning), inventory management, and critical product launches.
3. Develop the current Amazon 1P offering and ensure it evolves with the platform to drive optimal profit performance and customer proposition.
4. Manage all activity on the Amazon platform, including catalogue management, A+ content, PPC campaign management, and overall optimization.
5. Conduct SEO, content, and product proposition analysis for UK end-consumers.
6. Understand the competitive environment on Amazon and develop plans to be the category leader.
7. Create proposals and maintain a strong relationship with Amazon.
8. Plan and prioritize sales calls and customer contact to maximize sales and achieve business objectives.
9. Interact with marketing budgets and spend at channel and account level.
10. Develop and leverage a presence on Amazon to drive customer engagement as the category leader.
11. Identify, develop, and handle sales opportunities with the Amazon regional counterpart.
12. Conduct weekly reporting and forecasting.
13. Follow up on product, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.
14. Maintain and develop existing and new partners through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
15. Use customer and prospect contact activities, tools, and systems, updating relevant information in these systems.
16. Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries by telephone, email, and personal visits.
17. Interface with other departments, both internally and externally, as needed to support customer accounts and resolve any issues that may arise.
Essential Skills
1. Must hold a bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
2. A candidate who has been a Brand Associate/Brand Specialist at Amazon.
3. Excellent expertise in SEO.
4. Proven expertise in eCommerce sales on the AMAZON platform.
5. Action-oriented individual with a proven drive for results.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Digitally fluent with the following tools:
* Power BI
* Amazon Dashboard
* Oracle
* SharePoint
1. Capable of building productive relationships internally and externally across management and functional levels.
2. Excellent problem identification and remediation skills.
