Our client, a global architecture and design firm, is looking for a Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to lead HR activities across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to drive HR strategy and support the businesss growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert HR support to managers and employees, resolving queries and offering guidance.
* Lead annual HR processes such as Performance Management, Talent Review, and Salary/Bonus Reviews.
* Oversee employee lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth onboarding, development, and exits.
* Collaborate with Group HR and stakeholders to align HR practices with business objectives.
* Manage HR projects like employee engagement, wellbeing, leadership programs, and policy reviews.
* Oversee global employee moves, secondments, and relocation support.
* Implement HR best practices and support change management initiatives.
* Manage payroll data and HR database to ensure accuracy.
What We’re Looking For:
* HR Advisor/Business Partner with 5 years experience and a "can-do" attitude.
* Strong HR generalist experience, including payroll and training.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels.
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
* Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics.
* High attention to detail and confidentiality.
