As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you don’t need to have previous optical experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.
Our store
Based in Camberley, our store is opposite Camberley train station, as well as a bus stop with links around the city.
Our team
We have a wonderful team of 43 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet. In the communications centre, a dedicated team of 2 people work together at one end of the lab/office, which can often be a busy and bustling area in the store.
Life in store
The team enjoys a vibrant and social atmosphere, frequently organizing outings and gatherings. Twice a year, the team comes together for major events, including a summer party and a Christmas celebration. Additionally, every couple of months, they plan fun activities such as bowling nights, ensuring there’s always something to look forward to and fostering a strong sense of camaraderie among the staff.

Responsibilities:
This position will be covering both the Optical and Audiology departments with some of the following tasks:
* All aspects of administration
* Answering & transferring calls
* Booking and re-confirming appointments
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Updating & filing records
* Processing invoices
* Sending out correspondence
What we’re looking for?
