We're looking for a compassionate and proactive Resident Liaison Officer to join a property maintenance company in Thurrock and ensure residents receive exceptional care and support.
What you'll do:
* Attend Resident Surgeries and assist vulnerable residents in reporting repairs.
* Keep residents and scheme managers updated on progress.
* Organise consultation events and attend meetings.
* Identify vulnerabilities relating to individual residents and liaise with client's housing officers or support services.
* Investigate and resolve complaints efficiently and within target timescales.

To be successful, you'll need:
* Experience working with vulnerable residents and adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.
* Experience working within a customer service environment.
* A full, clean driving license.
* Flexibility regarding travel and working at various sites.
