About the role: Provide organisational, administrative, and clerical services to the team designed to contribute towards its aims and objectives Complete effective processing of correspondence/data entry as required across relevant systems. Collate, monitor, and report data/information and statistics as required Carry out photocopying as required Ensure that all admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained Complete induction with prisoners. Attend multi-disciplinary meetings Fulfil data administration requirements as part of the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Service within the prison estate. Working flexibly across multiple prison sites. Work in partnership with other healthcare providers as part of an Integrated Health and Wellbeing model. Be required to work with key prison stakeholders enabling effective coordination of service user treatment. About you: Knowledge of general office procedures Preferably have experience of working within a prison/criminal justice setting IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and other MS applications Good interpersonal skills A willingness to work flexibly as part of a team within a dynamic prison environment The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary Confident and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing and solid numeric skills Excellent organisational and time management skills Able to take responsibility for your own personal development, identifying personal training needs and participating in regular supervision and appraisal Minute taking Working knowledge of NDTMS and local data inputting and monitoring of procedures and the ability to produce reports.
