Job Details The Jobholder has a statutory responsibility to promote best multiagency practice in relation to looked after children and those for whom there are child protection concerns, manage an independent quality assurance function, allowing the Council to achieve improved outcomes by challenging poor performance and contributing to the design and improvement of Services. The Jobholder will assist in developing care plans which have clear and achievable outcomes and which meet the corporate parenting responsibilities of the Council for children and young people, in line with statutory obligations, policies and procedures.
