Role: Care Assistant & Support Worker Location: Immacolata House & The Lodge, Langport Hours: 34.5-48 hours per week, includes alternate weekends Working between the hours of; 06.45-19.00, 18.45-07.00, 07.00-19.15 and 19.00-07.15 This is a combined role working between Immacolata House Dementia Nursing Home and The Lodge Care Home as per the business needs. Immacolata House: Working as a Care Assistant at our dementia nursing home, you will support residents within the care home, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. Following care plans; assisting with personal care, supporting with mealtimes, using specialised equipment and documenting all tasks carried out. The Lodge: A home providing person centred support for individuals living with learning disabilities, autism and mental health. The Lodge consists of 3 self-contained apartments, and as a Support Worker you will support the people living at The Lodge to live daily life as independently as they wish; helping them to achieve their goals and arranging engaging activities personalised to them. Supporting with all elements of day-to-day life from; personal hygiene, planning and cooking meals.
