Description Oversee financial operations across multiple entities (UK and US). Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and tax filings. Lead month-end and year-end close processes. Coordinate the consolidation of financial statements. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and business processes. Manage external relationships with accountants, auditors, and banks. Provide financial insights and support to business leaders across departments.
