About the Role: You’ll be part of a dedicated team working with substance misuse clients and rough sleepers to help prevent homelessness. The service offers tailored recovery interventions through personalised weekly timetables, alongside multi-agency collaboration to ensure residents receive the support they need. As a Recovery Worker, your responsibilities will include: Managing a mixed caseload of clients with complex needs related to substance misuse. Developing and delivering person-centred recovery plans. Facilitating individual and group sessions to support recovery. Providing harm reduction advice and BBV (blood-borne virus) interventions. Collaborating with detox teams and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care. What You’ll Need: Enhanced DBS clearance (essential). A strong understanding of substance misuse recovery and harm reduction approaches. Experience managing caseloads and delivering tailored interventions.
