About the role:
Due to continued growth of their Pensions Administration business, are looking to hire a Pensions Administration Lead for their Portsmouth office and on full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for being a technical lead dealing with complex pension cases and provide support, advice and solving problems. The candidate will also be working very closely with managers to help support with the technical cases and provide innovative solutions and implement changes.
Experience required:
* Have previous or current pensions administration experience of Defined Benefit schemes including all aspects of member events, monthly processing & investments, and scheme events administration.
* Be able to demonstrate an expert knowledge of pension administration activities
* Very strong knowledge around pension legislation framework, ability to be kept informed of changes and implement changes.
* Previous or current supervisory / management experience would be desirable but not essential.
