We were formed after our co-founders - Harry and Ben - experienced the pain-points of renting a house while at university, and knew that there had to be a better way. We're now up and running in four UK cities and have launched in the US. What you'll do As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our existing products: a mobile app built in React Native and a backend portal built in Laravel Livewire. You'll work closely with our experienced development team to contribute to the entire software development lifecycle and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions You’ll assist in the maintenance and enhancement of our mobile app, implementing new features and optimising performance. You’ll contribute to the development of our backend portal, built in Laravel Livewire. You will write clean, well-documented, and efficient code that aligns with coding standards and best practices. You’ll participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain code quality. You’ll troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack, ensuring smooth functionality of both products. You will stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to suggest innovative solutions What we're looking for You probably identify as a “Mid-Level” Full Stack Developer, with good commercial experience, ideally within a startup/scaleup environment. You will have commercial experience with our Tech Stack: Laravel (Livewire), PHP, ReactNative, React, AWS You have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues You have great verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team. You’re based in/near the North West and can work to our hybrid policy (see below).
