You'll work closely with fee earners and other support departments to ensure top-notch service and efficiency. Main Purpose of the Role Provide fee earners with the administrative support they need to deliver seamless legal services to clients. You'll assist in managing and executing their day-to-day workload by offering exceptional and proactive administrative support. Understanding client requirements is key to providing outstanding service to both fee earners and clients. Main Duties and Responsibilities Administrative: Manage diaries, arrange meetings, book conference rooms, organise travel, handle photocopying, and maintain filing systems. Communication: Handle telephone queries, monitor emails, liaise with business support, and arrange cover for absences. Document Production: Coordinate and amend documents before approval. Financial: Assist with billing, credit control, and client reporting. Team Duties: Support colleagues, pick up calls, and assist other departments as needed. About You We're looking for someone who has: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools, and other systems used by the firm. Excellent telephone manner and knowledge of the telephone system. Strong communication, organisational, and team skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Flexibility, proactivity, and dependability, with the ability to take the initiative. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic. Ability to quickly build confidence, respect, and trust with others. A positive approach to daily tasks and a solutions-focused working method.
