We are currently recruiting for a client based in the Earby area who are looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk. The vacancy is being recruited on a long term temporary basis. The ideal candidate must have previous payroll experience and be available at short notice.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Payroll Processing: Calculate and process employee wages, including deductions and benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and confidential payroll records, including timesheets, tax forms, and other related documentation.
* Processing monthly payroll for up to 270 employees.
* Processing P45’s & P60’s.
* Handling payroll queries and sending out new starter information.
* Updating employee information.
* Assisting with some year end duties.
* Hours of work can be flexible working 37 hours per week.
* Salary is paying up to £30,000.
