About the Role:
Behaviour Mentor required for an outstanding secondary school in Ealing. The Behaviour Mentor must have experience working with young people with challenging behaviour. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Candidates who are Team Teach trained are ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support students 1:1 or in small groups to manage behaviour and academic progress.
2. Lead or assist in intervention groups aimed at improving students' behaviour and personal targets.
3. Create personalised learning materials to meet individual students' needs.
4. Collaborate with the behaviour team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to track student progress.
5. Manage and diffuse challenging behaviour situations between students.
