About the opportunity Join our OneBlueFamily at our Edinburgh branch as a Recruitment Consultant to grow and take ownership of your own desk supplying permanent office. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include: Develop client contact strategies and conduct business development calls Engage with clients to understand their business needs and adopt the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates Networking in industry sector and specialisms and becoming an expert Developing sales pipelines, actively seeking new business opportunities Candidate engagement, identifying and attracting potential candidates Supporting applicants through the recruitment process, offering advice and support with CV advice and interview techniques Developing client and candidate relationships About You: Ideally you will be an experienced sales orientated Recruitment Consultant with great relationship building skills with the ability and drive to develop new business or if you have a strong sales background you can join as a Recruitment Associate initially with training and promotion to a Consultant on passing probation.
