What You'll Do:
As a Finance/Purchase Ledger Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing purchase ledger transactions with precision and accuracy
* Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
* Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closing processes
* Supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks
* Building positive relationships with suppliers and colleagues
* Seeing all transactions through from purchase to pay
Who You Are:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude and a knack for finance! Ideally, you will have:
* Experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar purchase ledger role
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
