The Block Management Administrator will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day customer service routines associated with the developments managed by the company, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered in line with any management contracts, leases, service level agreements, or similar.
Main Responsibilities as a Block Management Administrator
Customer Service
* Handle support tickets, queries, and risk management tasks efficiently.
* Provide front-line support via phone, email, and post.
Contract Management
* Support contract tenders, implementation, and tracking using company systems.
Risk Management
* Assist with risk management processes, ensuring actions are logged and resolved.
Support Tickets & Customer Queries
* Manage and respond to customer and contractor queries.
* Handle financial queries and legal documentation.
* Liaise with clients, agents, and internal teams.
* Maintain accurate records and issue written communications.
Personal Specification
Customer Service
* Act as a brand ambassador with professional and empathetic interactions.
* Respond to inquiries and complaints promptly.
