The Block Management Administrator will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day customer service routines associated with the developments managed by the company, ensuring the highest quality of service is delivered in line with any management contracts, leases, service level agreements, or similar.
Main Responsibilities as a Block Management Administrator
Customer Service:
* Assist with customer service routines for the portfolio, ensuring support tickets, customer queries, and risk management tasks are handled efficiently and promptly.
* Provide front-line support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and dealing with postal correspondence.
Contract Management:
* Support contract management routines using the company's systems to ensure contracts are tendered, implemented, and actions are appropriately tracked.
Risk Management:
* Assist with risk management processes, using the company's systems to ensure actions are logged and resolved efficiently.
Support Tickets / Customer Queries:
* Manage, allocate, and respond to incoming customer and contractor correspondence through various communication channels according to company processes. This includes:
* Handling financial queries from customers and contractors.
* Reviewing and completing legal documentation.
* Liaising with key stakeholders, such as clients, external agents, internal business teams, and colleagues.
* Ensuring customer queries are addressed with empathy, diligence, and promptness.
* Enhancing the customer experience through effective management of queries and correspondence.
* Updating databases and tracking systems to ensure an accurate audit trail.
* Issuing written communications via email or post.
