My client is an exciting family-run business looking for a Sales Team Manager to join the team in a newly created role. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to lead the Sales team and drive the business forward by acquiring new clients while nurturing existing relationships.
The ideal person must have a proven track record of success in a Sales leadership position.
As a Sales Team Manager your duties will include:
1. Develop and implement a clear and effective sales strategy
2. Provide leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring sales objectives are met
3. Lead and manage a team of external sales agents
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
5. Nurture existing business and identify opportunities for upselling
As a Sales Team Manager you will have the following skills:
1. Previous experience working within a heavily Sales environment is essential
2. Previous experience managing a team is essential
3. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
4. Highly organised
