Job Description
* Oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure timely and accurate financial reports and practices.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Prepare and produce Monthly Management Accounts and liaise with external Chartered Accountants.
* Lead budget forecasting initiatives and manage financial planning.
* Coordinate tax and year-end audit processes. Quarterly VAT Returns.
* Conduct Payroll and HR related duties in addition to core Finance role.
* Drive the company's financial strategic planning.
* Monitor risks and manage the company's financial position.
* Offer financial insights and guidance to the company's leadership team.
* Ensure compliance with company policies.
* Supervise 2 staff.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A strong Management Accounting background.
* CIMA / ACCA Part Qualified / QBE.
* Excellent organisational, leadership and decision-making skills.
* Some multi-currency experience beneficial.
* MS Office - Excel - Intermediate to advanced.
