If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you Full-Time Cover Supervisor - Secondary School in Smethwick (B67) - Immediate Start Monarch Education are currently seeking a full-time Cover Supervisor to join an ambitious and supportive Secondary School based in Smethwick (B67), with an immediate start. This role involves covering a range of subjects in KS3, KS4 and possibly KS5. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes of students in the absence of their regular teacher. You will need to be confident in managing behaviour, delivering pre-planned work, and ensuring a positive learning environment. Requirements of applicant: Recent and relevant experience working with young people, this can be in an educational, coaching or care setting (ideally some experience with secondary aged children). Qualifications relevant to Education (desirable, not essential). Proactive and confident, with excellent communication and classroom management skills. A passion for supporting young people and helping them reach their full potential. Flexible and adaptable to work across different subjects and year groups.
