About the Role -
Responsibilities
* Drive the complex sales cycle for their cutting-edge robotic, imaging, and navigation technologies within new hospital accounts.
* Execute market strategies and sales activities to surpass targets established by senior management.
* Foster a high-performing team culture based on excellence, results, integrity, and trust.
* Cultivate relationships with surgeons and hospital executives, generating market awareness and driving the adoption of our products and services, while significantly expanding our customer install base.
* Oversee the installation process, ensuring consistent product utilization within the first 90 days post-installation.
* Develop and maintain deep expertise in relevant spinal procedures and our product portfolio.
* Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline.
* Manage contract negotiations and coordinate system installations following purchase approvals.
Required Skills
* Minimum 5 years sales experience selling capital equipment in the healthcare industry, spine experience is a plus; Bachelor’s Degree required
* People management experience
* Demonstrated history of top sales performance while consistently exceeding expectations
* Strong knowledge of the operating room environment
* Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple sales divisions
* Ability to collaborate and influence; Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Success in introducing new technologies into a market is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Pay range and compensation package - up to £80k basic, £40k OTE, Car Allowance, 28 days holiday etc.
