About The Role
By joining The Grange as a Senior Support Worker, you'll instantly become part of our dedicated community, our ethos is person
centred care and support and you'll see and feel this at every level. We are proud that we do not rely heavily on agency staff, so
you'll get to know your colleagues and the people we support quickly. As a Senior Support Worker you'll need to be an expert
communicator, regularly liaising and working closely with others across The Grange, ensuring that everyone is treated with dignity

There is a huge emphasis on team work and you'll play an important part in a busy committed team of support workers by shift
leading, keeping everything running smoothly, holding regular 1:1 and supervision meetings and ensuring we meet standards set and
fulfil all our legal compliance responsibilities. You'll be supported by a welcoming team and provided with an extensive training
