Key responsibilities:
* Support the UK Marketing Director in the implementation of the UK marketing strategy
* Own the national retail calendar, campaigns, key trading dates and local centre initiatives
* Work with the UK and group marketing teams to deliver multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
* Report on effectiveness of brand and campaign marketing activity
* Manage the programme of BAU PR activity, through the PR agency
* Support the launch of new initiatives including new products and promotions
* Support the implementation and adoption of updated brand communications and creative
* Support the continuous improvement of the brand interiors in centres
* Manage relationships with key suppliers to KPI's
* Manage the development and creation of marketing assets
* Managing the national charity partnership
* Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience along the customer journey
* Manage the print and stock management agency and system
* Keep accurate records of spend and ROI across all marketing activities
* Line management and development of a team of five
Requirements:
* Strong understanding and experience of marketing strategy and tactics
* Strong line management and team development experience
* Strong commercial acumen
* Good knowledge and experience of working with the full marketing mix, digital advertising channels and techniques
* Passion for championing the customer and using insights to drive customer experience improvements
* Previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercially focused multi-site business
* Passion and track record for working with creative, content, PR and print agencies
* Knowledge of and experience of digital marketing channels
* Experience of monitoring and measuring campaign performance measurement
* Management of external agencies including print, social media, PR, creative, content
* Budget management experience
* Project management skills
* Creative flair and commercial acumen
