Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Project Support Officer a Local Authority Client based in West London. In this role, you will provide project support to drive the planning and delivery of multi-million-pound refurbishment programmes, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, residents, and partners. About the role: You will be tasked with delivering key strategic objectives: Track and support refurbishment projects, maintain document control and risk management systems, arrange and minute meetings, and prepare agendas, reports, and presentations. Oversee electronic information systems, ensure data security and compliance, maintain accurate project records, and support payment processing for contractors and suppliers. Act as a point of contact for residents, provide clear communication throughout refurbishment projects, and collaborate with council departments, contractors, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery. Benchmark best practices, suggest process improvements, and adhere to health and safety, equal opportunities, and council policy standards. About you: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Proven experience in supporting projects, including tracking progress, managing documentation, organising meetings, and drafting reports and presentations. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 applications, handling large volumes of data with accuracy, and maintaining compliance with data protection standards. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service to residents or customers, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure effective communication throughout projects. Experience prioritising workloads in high-pressure environments, collaborating with internal and external partners, and supporting housing-related or refurbishment programmes (desirable).
