Salary: £83.34 – £96.00 per day

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students, particularly those with additional needs, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
* Assist teachers in managing behaviour, engagement, and classroom activities.
* Work closely with the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
* Encourage pupils to interact, develop independence, and build confidence with the support of a Graduate Mentor.
* Supervise students during breaktimes and lunchtimes as required.
* Participate in training and professional development sessions.

* Graduates from any discipline who have a keen interest in education.
* Individuals with previous experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching, or volunteering).
* Strong communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude.
* Enthusiastic and adaptable individuals eager to contribute to a school environment.
