Hedley Visick are seeking a customer service advisor for our busy repairs and maintenance department based at our office in Eastbourne.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a repairs team or within the housing sector.
Job role:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries
2. Raising repairs orders and co-ordinating jobs
3. Liaising with operatives and customers to organise repair calls
4. Ordering materials for the various maintenance jobs where required
5. General administration duties including invoicing
6. Providing cover to the Gas Servicing department during annual leave periods
The successful applicant will have:
1. Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
2. Be extremely organised with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
3. Have a positive can do attitude
Hours of work:
39.5 Hours per week
8am- 5pm Monday- Thursday
8am – 4.30pm Fridays
