IT Warehouse Manager - L’Oréal UKI Distribution Centres
A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a part of our UKI IT Team, you are the main IT contact for the efficient running of the 3 L'Oréal UKI distribution centres. You play a key role in the success of the ongoing program of transformation and modernization of our Warehouses, along with ensuring operation excellence on a continual basis.
* You are responsible for the proper functioning of information systems: business applications, Warehouse devices, interfaces, network infrastructure, customer workstations, field terminals, telephony, etc, working closely with Local, European and Global IT Teams and Support Partners.
* You manage the entire life cycle of the Warehouse application portfolio, as well as the project roadmap, in collaboration with the various IT entities of the Group.
* You drive standardization of processes across our 3 DCs, adherence to L’Oreal guidelines along with identifying and implementing programs of continual improvement
* You apply the global roadmap of the group application portfolio and guarantee the proper functioning of local applications.
* You check that the solutions adopted comply with the IT security policies, standards and rules defined at company level.
You will also manage:
* The definition and management of performance KPIs and IT service quality of the Distribution centres
* Documentation of local processes
* Definition and management of the IT Roadmap of L'Oréal UKI distribution centres
* Co-management of a team of 3 people across the 3 sites
* Definition of the human resources needed for project management
* Coordination and mobilization of the various IT service providers, internal and external.
* Guarantee the development of expertise and know-how and support all changes in the organization.

* Experience in understanding of the IT ecosystems, both technical and functional
* Good understanding of project management methodologies and change management
* Good understanding of ERP and logistics applications (Order preparation, Logistics flow, Mechanization, supplies, stocks, etc.)
* Network knowledge
* Sense of contact and service, integrity, transparency, rigor, sense of internal control, Team spirit, ability to unite, share and build support, Autonomy, entrepreneurial and innovative spirit
* Good oral and written communication.
