This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and resourceful individual able to cope in a high-pressure environment and deal with constantly changing priorities. JOB REQUIREMENTSWorking with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to identify the support each pupil needs.Identifying learning gaps and helping to create bespoke intervention programmes for pupils.Developing and delivering engaging sessions to support a range of learners with clear learning objectives.Delivering measurable outcomes form each session to track progress.To provide a high quality tuition and academic support and tailored one to one or small groups.
