As Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in building and managing a cohesive, functional, and results-driven engineering team aligned with our ambitious 5-year business strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and Developing a High-Performing Engineering Team
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
* Drive performance enhancements through structured training, coaching, and succession planning
* Ensure engineering standards align with best practices in health & safety, quality, and operational excellence
Optimising Engineering Performance
* Reduce downtime through reactive and preventative maintenance strategies
* Use data and root cause analysis to identify and implement long-term improvements
* Drive capital investment planning and project execution
Managing Site Services & Compliance
* Ensure effective use and monitoring of utilities & site services
* Maintain compliance with CCL targets and provide regular reporting
* Oversee contractors, suppliers, and on-site maintenance
Qualifications
* Strong electrical bias with a background in food manufacturing or FMCG
* Proven experience in engineering leadership, site services, and H&S compliance
* Expertise in continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and capital project management
* Passionate about developing people, driving efficiency, and delivering outstanding results
