We’re looking for a UI/UX Front End Developer to join our Team!
Due to continued success and company growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced UI/UX Front End Developer to join our team.

Working within our Production Team the successful candidate will work both independently and collaboratively to provide UI/UX Design and Front End development for our software solutions; Induct & Train and Read & Sign and our company website (www.keyzo.co.uk). In addition, the UI/UX Front End Developer will support and assist with any other graphic design elements to aid our commercial activities including digital and print ad campaigns.
What you’ll be doing!
As a member of the Production Development Team, the UI/UX Front End Developer will report to the Development Manager and work with the wider Development team to provide UI/UX and Front End Development skills for our product portfolio; be involved in roadmap planning to ensure usability and design are included at the earliest stage. The UI/UX Front End Developer will act with reliability, maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to all Company policies and be a champion of the Company Values at all times with your main responsibilities being:
1. Maintain and update the company corporate website; Keyzo.co.uk, ensuring we have a fully responsive, brand consistent and seamless user experience.
2. Working with the Development Team to provide UI/UX design and frontend software development for the Keyzo product portfolio, including; Read & Sign; Induct and Train and Staff Portal.
3. Be part of the development roadmap team for the Keyzo products; being creative, enhancing our products and improving performance for our clients.
4. Assist internal teams with any other graphic design elements such as; online advertisements, social media graphics, product brochures etc.
5. Assist with production and maintenance of quality, companywide documentation relating to Development procedures.
6. Work flexibly and co-operatively as part of the team.
7. Undertake any additional duties as reasonably requested by the Development Manager.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
* Be a Graduate with a minimum 2:1 classification in Computer Science or Design.
* Minimum 3 years commercial experience specifically in Front End Development and UI/UX design.
* Have strong design and creative skills and highly experienced using relevant design software such as Adobe Suite.
* Abilities to provide accurate estimates with regards to work and work to a structured schedule in order to ensure deadlines are met.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively gather information relative to ensuring projects are complete.
* Keep abreast of usability standards and emerging technologies to ensure that our products and websites are leading ahead of our competitors.
* Accuracy and a methodical approach to work.
* Be a team player that shares the company values.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Analytical and questioning skills to get information from experts.
* The ability to work successfully as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A hard working team player that is self-motivated and has a passion to learn.

Location
Headquartered in Kirmington, North Lincolnshire, we also have offices in Hull, East Yorkshire and support remote and hybrid working, so we welcome applications from experienced candidates within the UK. All staff are required to attend our offices on at least a quarterly basis for team meetings and training.
