Responsibilities Developing and maintaining relationships with clients at multiple organisations through various business development tools; telephone, email marketing, LinkedIn, virtual meetings and in person client visits. Sourcing, screening, short-listing and providing consultation to candidates of all levels within your specialist sector using a range of tools. Multi-tasking and prioritising workload alongside your team in an ever-changing, deadline centred, KPI driven and fast paced environment.
