Iron Mountain has exciting plans to continue its rapid growth through significant investment in new data-led technology solutions, asset management, and Information Management.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join our UK Banking Financial Services and Insurance sales team. In this role, you will have a strong client-centric focus, using your experience to identify the needs, challenges, and priorities of our clients, aligning their business objectives with Iron Mountain solutions. We’re looking for a candidate who can play a pivotal role in capitalizing on new client relationships, driving revenue streams, and fostering lasting partnerships.
You must be a team player, willing to travel and meet clients face-to-face, and have the autonomy to work remotely and be self-driven.
Your role in our mission:
* Drive new business through upselling/cross-selling existing accounts and winning new logos
* Develop strategic plans for growth in non-managed and new logo accounts
* Identify target organizations, create compelling sales propositions, and understand buyer personas
* Provide clear account and close plans for target organizations, proactively identifying senior contacts, business objectives, buying cycles, sign-off processes, and revenue growth
* Identify tenders, manage negotiations, and provide accurate forecasts
Valued skills and experience:
* Proven track record in senior 360 solution-led sales
* Selling six-figure solutions to C-suite contacts within complex product portfolios
* Experience in new business sales within Financial Services, Insurance, or Technology sectors
* Face-to-face sales experience
* Strong, positive mindset
