About Us
Harris Garrard Academy is a primary, secondary school and sixth form located in Erith, Kent. The school is part of the Harris Federation which delivers high quality education to the pupils they serve.
At the heart of the Academy's success is an absolute belief in the ability of every student to shine – no matter what their background, ability, or character. Combining the traditional values of discipline, respect, and good behaviour with contemporary best practice in teaching, learning and technology.
With that in mind, we look for people who act out their values in their actions. Everyone at the school works together to provide an inspiring, personalised learning experience in a stimulating environment, enabling all students to make outstanding progress.

3. Re-routing or escalating IT support tickets to the appropriate team or person.
4. Assisting, where appropriate, in efforts to resolve IT support tickets within the SLA.
5. Identifying recurring IT incidents and research potential root causes to the underlying problem.
6. Keeping the Academy staff informed about the status of their support ticket(s).
7. Notifying the local IT staff upon detection of a major incident affecting the operation of services.
8. Maintaining Windows 10 based PCs, Laptops, Tablets and Apple IOS devices.
9. Assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer peripheral equipment
10. Installing and upgrading new software, ensuring compliance with software licensing regulations.
11. Preparing conference / meeting rooms with related IT and audio-visual equipment needed for the meeting.
