Key Requirements:
* 1st Level Registered Nurse
* Minimum 2 years experience working as a Band 5 Registered Nurse or a Band 6 registered nurse both with palliative experience.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team. As a senior nurse, you will be expected to demonstrate your clinical skills and knowledge at the highest standard, supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care. This role requires leadership potential, effective communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative, and innovative approach to the clinical environment.

* Provide leadership and support to the nursing team, promoting high standards of patient care.
* Demonstrate a proactive, collaborative, and innovative approach in all aspects of the clinical environment.
* Effectively communicate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent care delivery.
* Demonstrate passion for delivering exceptional patient care, ensuring patient safety and well-being at all times.
* Take responsibility for holding the IMPaCT out-of-hours phone during weekdays and weekends, ensuring continuity of care and support during non-core hours.
* Assist in the development and implementation of best practices and clinical guidelines.

* Registered Nurse, current NMC registration
* Teaching and assessing qualification or equivalent
