We are looking for the right people to join a team of SELF-EMPLOYED CARERS to work with a young 22-year-old man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy living in the family home.
18 hours are available to cover evenings and weekends.
We are looking for caring, proactive, and motivated individuals with a passion for supporting others, ideally someone with a good sense of humour and who is down to earth. Someone willing to support with all aspects of care. Ideally, these people will be reliable, consistent, and work in a person-centred way.
Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided. A positive attitude and good work ethic is also essential. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A driver with a full, clean license and insurance is required for work purposes.
