Job Description:
Job Summary:
To provide secretarial/administrative support to the manager as appropriate whilst ensuring the efficient running of the office.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Carry out administrative tasks, scheduling essential calendar activities, arranging meetings and reviews as required.
2. Perform reception duties when appropriate and provide secretarial administrative support including photocopying, preparation of documents, and recording incoming and outgoing mail.
3. Manage finances, including petty cash and client benefits, and work competently with figures and statistics to complete end-of-month accounts.
4. Attend and minute staff meetings and reviews, contributing to a supportive and therapeutic environment.
5. Liaise appropriately with other professional staff, voluntary bodies, and community groups in the furtherance of clients’ needs.
6. Attend training sessions as deemed appropriate by the service manager.
7. Act in accordance with Praxis Care Health and Safety policy, ensuring safety for all staff and the people we support.
Requirements of the Role:
1. Participate in the company appraisal and staff review process.

3. Carry out all duties of the post in accordance with Praxis expectations, regulations, and policies.
4. Perform additional duties as necessary.
5. Work the necessary hours to fit the needs of the service.
