The role
You will be given the chance to work on mega creative campaigns and your key function will be to support designated senior account handlers, whilst learning heaps at the same time. Younger team members benefit from the opportunity to learn from experienced pros who’ve been there and won the weird award trophies.
You will be working across a breadth of projects, and the real sweet spot is that you will find yourself involved in the research & planning stages where opinions are encouraged regardless of your role; people are given the freedom to do their best work and support for training is open to all.
Additionally, as many of the campaigns are integrated, the role is likely to involve advertising campaigns, branding and corporate identity, printed literature, exhibition design and content work. This will also involve liaising internally and externally with clients and colleagues – They value analytical and creative thinking and recognise that an agency is a partner that adds value, not a production supplier that represents a cost saving.
What we’re looking for
By virtue of their work, this is a very interesting and diverse role and will suit someone who loves agency life, gets creativity & enjoys the hustle and bustle of handling multiple projects.
You will ideally have a relevant degree, preferably in a marketing or related discipline combined with a solid 12 – 18 months experience within a B2B, agency or client side, marketing focused, environment.
You will also be looking to work in an agency environment that has a very strong record of developing people, and needless to say, a genuine interest in all things marketing, both online & offline.
