About the role We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Resourcing to lead our recruitment efforts across our diverse business landscape, which includes our retail stores, garages, and business-to-business services. In this critical role, you will develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our organisational goals and values, shaping and developing our employee value proposition. You will lead a talented team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where creativity and initiative thrive. As Head of Resourcing, you’ll oversee the recruitment budget and planning for various business units, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and robustly, in line with our financial targets. You will establish and embed operating principles to further the success of our recruitment efforts and drive continuous improvement. Your focus on enhancing the candidate experience will ensure that all applicants, whether front-line staff or back-office specialists, feel valued and engaged throughout the hiring process. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, and in this role, you will work closely with department heads and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with our business objectives. You will also take the lead in optimising and harmonising our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
