What you will deliver You will play a leading role in enhancing our online web presence, driving traffic from our target ICP that converts, and ensuring our website is a powerful communication tool. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you'll lead the strategy and execution of our website and SEO efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, user-centric web experience that aligns to the overarching demand generation strategy. Core responsibilities Website management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the website, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice, delivers against our business objectives, and maintains a strict governance process around publishing, as well as manage operations and executions and report using web-tech-stack incl. Wordpress, SEMRush, HotJar, Google Analytics, etc SEO strategy: Develop and implement SEO strategies that drive traffic that converts from our ICP, improve search engine rankings, and maximize ROl. Develop a key phrase strategy that prioritizes an approach where searcher intent is paramount. Content optimization: Collaborate with the content team to optimize on-page elements, ensuring all content is target-audience relevant as well as SEO-friendly, meets user needs and continually improves CTA rate. Landing page creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop high-converting landing pages that support our marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts. Implement best practices for user experience (UX) and search engine optimisation (SEO). Performance monitoring: Use analytics tools to track website performance daily, identify areas for improvement and action them proactively. Keep the customer at the forefront of your thinking, implementing strategies to always enhance user experience and conversion rates. Cross-functional collaboration: Lead sprints alongside marketing colleagues and extended stakeholders to ensure the website fully supports marketing and business goals and programmes. £60,000 - £65,000 a year What we are looking for The ideal candidate will be someone with proven experience of delivering our list of core responsibilities, ideally within a fintech business. Experience of working within a scale-up business would be an advantage. As well as the technical knowledge, we're looking for someone who will take ownership of our digital marketing activities, using our various channels to generate demand for our platform.
