Bryanston has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef to join our prestigious School…we are so much more than just school catering!
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Chef to join our talented brigade. During term-time you will be involved in the production and serving of meals for our pupils and staff, as well as numerous functions ranging from BBQs to fine dining. Outside of term-time we operate as a commercial centre, catering for a wide range of residential and non-residential courses and events….no two days are ever the same!
This is a full-time position, working 5 out of 7 days per week including weekend working according to a shift rota. The ideal candidate will be a fantastic team operator, with good communication skills, a high level of personal organisation and also an uncompromising flair and passion for food. A good knowledge in food safety and allergens is also essential. We are open to candidates of all levels and experience.
