Key Responsibilities:
1. New Business Development:Register applicants, follow up on leads from our website and property portals, and actively engage in canvassing activities.
2. Valuations & Listings:Conduct property valuations and manage listings, ensuring accurate and engaging marketing presentations.
3. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain regular communication with vendors, arrange property viewings, and provide timely feedback.
4. Sales Negotiation:Negotiate sales on behalf of clients to secure the best possible outcome for all parties.
