We are currently looking for a new HR Business Partner, working either 30 hours per week or full-time (37 hours), to join our Human Resources Organisational Development team to: - Support designated areas in achieving strategic goals through proactive coaching for managers and senior leaders - Advocate for, promote, and integrate the HR agenda throughout Beyond Housing - Contribute HR expertise to company-wide projects and take the lead on specific elements of the people plan to help meet strategic objectives. As a HR professional at or above the advisor level, you will possess up-to-date knowledge of HR legislation and best practices, along with the ability to locate relevant information. You should be skilled in using and analysing data from various sources to identify opportunities for improvement, acting as a proactive agent for positive change. Ideally, you will have some project management experience that showcases your capability to lead specific initiatives related to engagement or reward and recognition. You will collaborate with Learning and Development (L&D) leaders as part of the new Organisational Development (OD) team, aiming to achieve tangible improvements in people performance and customer service.
