Join us in our mission of Designing Kitchens for Life Salary - £28,000 What you’ll be doing As a Senior Hub Operative you will deliver high levels of On Time In Full Deliveries, through empowering and supporting Hub colleagues day to day in maximising output and service to the highest standards of compliance and stock accuracy. Through creating a positive and effective working environment you’ll lead the Hub Operative/s to deliver high standards. You’ll do this through coordinating the picking of Projects orders with high attention to detail and accuracy, driving to exceed the targeted KPIs and demonstrating and implementing both effective and accurate stock disciplines and monitor accuracy. You’ll take personal accountability for understanding and enforcing Health & Safety procedures and policies and ensure consistent adherence to process compliance in the hub by all colleagues at all times. Your skillset for performance: You’ll have strong leadership skills and experience in leading high volume warehouse teams to provide a best in-service experience, alongside an excellent understanding of the importance of high warehousing standards. With excellent attention to detail and working to fast passed timescales, you’ll have good communication skills, both verbal and written to succeed in this role. Be self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload and meeting deadlines. Forklift experience is preferred but not essential.
