1. Coordinate restaurant reservations to maximise capacity across all three restaurants
2. Identify any double bookings and resolve to maximise capacity
3. Confirm reservations with guests, where necessary
4. Communicate no-shows with the reception team and ensure they are billed for
5. Manage reservations during lunch and dinner service using Open Table
6. Greet and seat guests during lunch and dinner service, and events where necessary
7. Confidently make wine and drink recommendations
8. Support the food and beverage team during lunch and dinner service, and events where necessary
9. Support the guest relations team during events
10. Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests
11. Build strong relationships and rapport with guests
12. Confidently give guidance and recommendations on the club facilities
13. Ensure a consistently high level of service is delivered at all times
14. From time to time you will be required to take on additional tasks and duties relating to the smooth running of the club
