IT Program Manager
Type: FullTime Contract

Salary: £650£700 per day (Outside IR35)

As an IT Programme Manager you will play apivotal role in shaping the technology landscape for one of our keyclients. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to developa strategic IT and data roadmap that will enable them toconsolidate and modernise their operations streamlining over 67legacy systems into a cuttingedge cloudbased infrastructure. Thisis your opportunity to lead a transformation that will futureproofthe organisation for the next five years.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Work closelywith the CIO to translate their vision into a comprehensive IT anddata roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives longtermsuccess.
ProgrammeManagement: Lead the execution of the roadmap ensuringthe successful consolidation of multiple legacy systems into astreamlined cloudbased infrastructure.
Stakeholder Management: Engage withkey internal and external stakeholders including Solution and DataArchitects to ensure all technical requirements and business needsare met.
VendorCollaboration: Face off with PwC and other key vendorsto manage the RFI/RFP process and guide the selection of technologypartners.
IT & DataArchitecture: Oversee the alignment of networks infrastructurecyber and data systems optimising them for the organisation sfuture needs.
Delivery Roadmap: Create and implement adetailed delivery roadmap for IT and data systems that spans threeto five years ensuring longterm scalability and flexibility.
What Were Looking For:
* Extensive experiencein program management particularly within largescale ITtransformations.
* A track record of leading IT infrastructureconsolidation projects ideally involving the migration from legacysystems to cloudbased solutions.
* Strongstakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at thesenior leadership level including CIOs and external vendors.
* Experience managing complex multivendorenvironments with a focus on vendor selection and RFP/RFIprocesses.
* Excellent knowledge of IT architecturenetworks cyber security and data management.
* Abilityto translate highlevel strategy into detailed technical roadmapsand actionable deliverables.
* A passion for delivering innovative scalablesolutions that align with both current and future business needs.
Bonus Points For:
* Experience working within consultancyenvironments particularly on highprofile projects.
* Familiarity with agile project managementmethodologies and tools.
* Certifications in project management (such asPRINCE2 PMP) or IT infrastructure (such as ITIL).
* Knowledgeof emerging technologies and their potential impact on businesstransformations.
