This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to foster relationships with partners, ensuring the growth and success of V12 Footwear's online sales channels Key Focus and core responsibilities: Channel Partner Management: - Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand V12 Footwear's reach. - Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure alignment on sales strategies and promotional activities. - Managing and optimising online sales channels, such as websites, social media, and online marketplaces - Monitor and analyse partner performance, providing support and resources to optimize sales. - Develop and implement strategies for improving partner engagement and collaboration. Amazon Brand and Product Management - Ensure all product listings on Amazon are optimized with accurate descriptions, images, and keywords. - Manage Amazon Storefront and A Content to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries to maintain a positive brand reputation. - Analyse sales data and market trends on Amazon to adjust strategies and maximize revenue. B2B Portal Rollout and Adoption - Support the marketing team with the rollout of the B2B portal, ensuring smooth onboarding and training for resellers. - Be the primary sales lead for marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of the portal among target resellers. - Gather feedback from resellers during training to improve portal features and usability. - Collaborate with the appropriate teams to address technical issues and implement enhancements. Website Sales Management: - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales. - Optimize the website for SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). - Analyse website performance data, identifying trends and opportunities to improve sales. - Develop and implement promotional strategies, such as discounts and special offers, to boost online sales. Ecommerce Analytics and Reporting: - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all ecommerce activities, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. - Generate regular reports to provide insights into ecommerce performance and trends. - Use data analytics to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement across all ecommerce channels. - Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decisions. - Staying up-to-date with trends and innovations in e-commerce, and making recommendations for improvement Required Knowledge & Competencies:. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferable. Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the footwear or fashion industry. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central and Google Analytics. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
