Job Title: Technical Lead – Avaloq & Assentis Integration Key Responsibilities: Technical Guidance & Leadership: Provide technical guidance and solutions to the team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are defined, advocated, and implemented across the project. Lead by example, demonstrating expertise in the integration of Avaloq with Assentis and related components (e.g., ACP, Kernel). Drive technical discussions, helping resolve complex issues and providing innovative solutions. Team Development & Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical capabilities, increase productivity, and develop their skills in relevant technologies (Avaloq, Assentis). Promote knowledge-sharing and continuous learning within the team to foster a culture of growth and excellence. Process Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure process compliance within the assigned module(s) and contribute to technical reviews and feasibility studies. Advocate for best practices, supporting architecture design, technical risk mitigation, and feasibility assessments. Breakdown complex technical components, providing estimates and recommending suitable technical alternatives. Incident & Change Request Management: Manage and address CRs (Change Requests) and incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and proper integration with Assentis. Map Avaloq’s object model correctly to Assentis for seamless report generation and issue resolution. Reporting & Risk Management: Prepare and submit regular status reports to minimize exposure and project risks. Ensure the closure of escalations and manage risks effectively by maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders. Report Formatting Using Assentis: Work with Assentis to generate, format, and ensure the accuracy of financial and compliance-related reports. Customize reports as per business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client specifications. Key Requirements: Technical Skills: Strong experience with Avaloq, particularly with its object model and how it integrates with other platforms such as Assentis. In-depth knowledge of Assentis for report generation, formatting, and customization. Familiarity with ACP (Banking/Financial Application) and Kernel (core system technologies). Experience working with CMS (Content Management Systems) in a financial context. Languages: German language skills are desirable (ability to communicate with German-speaking teams and clients). Leadership & Communication: Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and promoting best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience: Experience in banking/financial services IT, particularly with Avaloq and Assentis. Prior experience in handling Change Requests (CRs), incidents, and report management. Experience in process optimization, risk management, and working in an agile environment is a plus. Problem Solving & Decision Making: Ability to assess technical risks, propose solutions, and break down tasks for feasibility studies and project estimation. Strong analytical skills to quickly troubleshoot issues and provide efficient solutions.
